The company is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to provide on-the-road assistance to drivers, address their needs, and resolve issues promptly.

Role of the Job

As a Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to drivers. You will be the face of the company, interacting with drivers via phone, email, and chat.

Main Responsibilities

  • On-the-Road Assistance: Provide on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries and support requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and support activities.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of driver issues.
  • Monitoring: Monitor and track the status of drivers and their shipments.

Qualification Needed

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Trucking Industry: Familiarity with the trucking industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
