Warwickshire County Council is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their Family First Early Help Monitoring Team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in working with sensitive data to meet performance targets and tackle backlogs due to system redesigns.

Job Details

This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of extension. You will be working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

Role of the Job

As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to extract and analyze data to support payment-by-results processes. You will be working with sensitive data, including self-harm and suicide data, and will be required to handle these topics with resilience and care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Extract and Analyze Data: Extract and analyze data to support payment-by-results processes.
  • Manage and Input Data: Manage and input critical data into the system with exceptional accuracy.
  • Use Microsoft Planners: Use Microsoft Planners to track and sign off tasks effectively.
  • Apply Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to improve workflows and identify solutions.
  • Handle Sensitive Topics: Handle sensitive topics such as self-harm and suicide data with resilience and care.

Qualification Needed

  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Resilient and Comfortable Working with Emotionally Challenging Material: Resilient and comfortable working with emotionally challenging material.
  • Proficient in Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Proficient in critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience Using Microsoft Planners or Similar Tools: Experience using Microsoft Planners or similar tools is a plus.

Salary Package

£14.91 per hour.
