As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help GitLab make their CRM system better. You will work with other teams to understand what they need.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with other teams to understand what they need.
- Make recommendations on how to improve the CRM system.
- Explain complex ideas in a simple way.
- Work with IT teams to make changes to the system.
- Help junior analysts learn and grow.
Qualification Needed
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills to work with other teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills to make recommendations.
