As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help GitLab make their CRM system better. You will work with other teams to understand what they need.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with other teams to understand what they need.
• Make recommendations on how to improve the CRM system.
• Explain complex ideas in a simple way.
• Work with IT teams to make changes to the system.
• Help junior analysts learn and grow.

Qualification Needed

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills to work with other teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills to make recommendations.
