Job Details

Growe is looking for a Middle Web Analyst to join its team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1.5+ years of experience as a web analyst, with a strong background in web analytics, A/B testing, and data analysis.

Role of the Job

As a Middle Web Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and supporting web analytics systems, conducting A/B tests, and generating reports based on data.

Main Responsibilities

• Set up and support web analytics systems, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and other analytics tools.
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests using Growthbook and other systems, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze data from web analytics systems, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.
• Generate reports based on data, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Support and audit deployed scripts, detecting errors in the A/B testing system.
• Implement data collection systems through GTM, Snowplow, Amplitude, and other tools.

Qualification Needed

• 1.5+ years of experience as a web analyst.
• Profound knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience in setting up and launching A/B tests with Growthbook and other systems.
• Experience with BI Tools (Tableau/Looker Studio, etc.).
• 1+ years of practical experience with SQL.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Proficient in using the Google Chrome console.
• Good written and verbal English skills (Upper-intermediate+).
