As a remote worker, the successful candidate will provide exceptional support to internal customers, resolving technical issues and answering queries in a courteous and efficient manner.

Job Details

The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing inbound and outbound general and technical support to internal customers. This will involve working a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, to cover center hours from 7am to 9pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Role of the Job

The Call Center Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal customers, providing accurate and timely resolutions to technical issues and queries. The successful candidate will be responsible for staying current on issues that impact internal customers, continually referring to and utilizing support resources to ensure competent and efficient support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional inbound and outbound general and technical support to internal customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a courteous, efficient, and customer-service focused manner.
  • Serve as an escalation point as needed to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Provide complete documentation of issues handled.
  • Stay current on issues that impact internal customers, continually referring to and utilizing support resources.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Needed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude required.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent attendance required.
  • Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required.
  • Experience working with a Mac preferred, but not required.
