As a key member of the customer support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues promptly, and providing expert advice on product capabilities. Job Details

The Customer Support Representative will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert advice on product capabilities. The role requires flexibility to work in a shift schedule, including night shifts (up to 8 nights per month). The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, using their initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.

The Customer Support Representative will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth and success of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and providing expert advice on product capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and chats, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, using problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services, using this information to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed information to escalate complex requests to appropriate teams (technical support, billing, product department).
  • Advise customers on product capabilities to help them achieve their goals, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using CRM software to track customer issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, working closely with technical support, billing, and product departments.

Qualification Needed

  • Upper Intermediate English (B2+) skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Deep understanding of clients’ needs and a strong desire to help them achieve their goals.
  • Excellent empathy and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Flexibility to work in a shift schedule, including night shifts (up to 8 nights per month), to provide 24/7 support to customers.
  • Experience in customer support, sales, or retention
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
