SKELAR, a Ukrainian venture builder, is seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join its Trust & Safety team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the platform’s safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. If you have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for dispute resolution, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Role of the Job
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and resolving conflict situations between users, ensuring compliance with platform standards and regulatory requirements. Your primary goal will be to ensure the effectiveness, accuracy, and consistency of decisions aimed at supporting trust and safety on the platform.
Main Responsibilities
- Investigate user complaints and ensure full resolution in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Conduct objective, unbiased investigations based on evidence gathered
- Mediate disputes on the product and with partners
- Proactively seek violations by product users
- Proactively monitor users’ compliance with policies and their risk exposure from being on the product
- Ensure dispute resolution practices are aligned with regulatory standards and overall compliance strategy
- Manage escalations to the compliance and legal teams
- Gather and communicate facts, using data to inform decisions
Qualification Needed
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
- Ability to quickly analyze large amounts of information, make data-based decisions- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and process a large amount of information
- Quick absorption of new information- Attention to detail
- High communication skills for effective cooperation with cross-functional teams
- Ability to regulate own working hours
- Experience working in customer experience direction, dispute resolution team, content moderator
