Job Details

The company is seeking a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to join its team. This is a full-time position that offers a secure job with varied and challenging tasks, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Role of the Job

As the first point of contact for the digital consulting team, the Customer Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming customers by phone, chat, or email. The agent will provide expert advice to customers in the digital branch, answering questions about banking products and partner offers. The agent will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Competently welcome customers by phone, chat, or email.
  • Advise customers in the digital branch and answer questions about banking products and partner offers.
  • Take over duties of the Head of Customer Service in their absence.
  • Sell products or direct customers to relevant consultants or partners.
  • Arrange appointments for customer advisors.
  • Support the sales department with telephone campaigns.
  • Ensure availability meets established service standards.
  • Continuously update knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Qualification Needed

  • Banking or commercial training.
  • Friendliness, good expression, and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with an open mindset and strong interest in digital media.
  • Enjoy telephone and digital communication, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
