Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Agent to join its team. As a Social Media Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via various social media channels. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Role of the Job

As a Social Media Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients via social media channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via social media channels.
  • Provide customer support and resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions in the customer database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products and services.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Qualification Needed

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
