Role of the Job
As a System Analyst at Tabby, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s systems and processes are aligned with customer needs. The System Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development teams, to design, implement, and maintain systems that meet customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of customer requirements
- Implementation and maintenance of up-to-date documentation
- Setting and specification of tasks for development teams (for large projects)
- Clarification of requirements in the development process
- Participation in the construction of architecture and interaction schemes
- Assistance in developing test cases and A/B experiments
Qualification Needed
- Years of experience working as a System Analyst.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency (able to understand and communicate complex ideas).
- Ability to break down complex processes into smaller parts and write technical specifications.
- Experience working with communication protocols such as SOAP, REST, and gRPC.
- Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Google Pub/Sub.
- Knowledge of process description notations like UML and BPMN.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in FinTech products
- Experience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of any programming language
