Role of the Job
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Clinical Review Department. You will conduct intake calls, collect and enter confidential information, and provide ongoing telephonic support to providers and office staff.
Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality customer service through interaction with providers, administrative staff, and others.
- Building and maintaining customer satisfaction with products and services.
- Collecting and entering confidential information while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
- Maintaining high-quality documentation standards when collecting and performing data entry functions.
- Providing ongoing telephonic support to providers and office staff related to HealthHelp’s Clinical Review process.
- Participating in the HealthHelp Quality Management Program as required.
- Adhering to all HIPAA, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the clinical programs.
Qualification Needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Reliable internet connection
- Fast internet speed
- Ability to follow a schedule
- Call center experience (helpful but not required)
- Private workspace for confidentiality
- Healthcare industry experience (helpful but not required)
