Role of the Job

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they successfully set up and launch their Uscreen platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Help new customers set up their accounts
• Answer questions and provide support
• Make sure customers have a great experience
• Talk to customers on the phone, by email, and by text
• Keep track of customer information

Qualifications Needed

• 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field
• Good communication skills
• Ability to explain technical things in simple terms
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with technology and video streaming is a plus (Not compulsory)
