Role of the Job

As a Client Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes through the use of Davies’ products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from the onboarding process to achieving their goals and beyond.

Main Responsibilities

• Help clients get started with Davies’ products and services
• Provide training and support to clients
• Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
• Build strong relationships with clients- Track and analyze client usage of products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients

Qualifications Needed

• Be client-focused and committed to building strong relationships
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Have knowledge of best practices in delivering apprenticeship standards
• Understand the funding rules and regulations
• Have an understanding of the Insurance and Financial Service industry
