Role of the Job
As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for writing persuasive, well-structured bids and proposals for new business opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to create winning content and manage the end-to-end bid process.
Main Responsibilities
- Write persuasive, well-structured bids and proposals for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to create winning content
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring every proposal meets client needs
- Develop and maintain a library of up-to-date bid content tailored to the company’s services
- Support strategy development, ensuring bids align with company goals
- Track bid outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process
Qualifications Needed
- Previous bid writing experience or a strong understanding of the recruitment industry with excellent writing skills
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills; attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Team player with great communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and bid management tools is a plus
