Role of the Job

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial and enterprise clients in the APAC region. You will partner with the Customer Success team to develop a scalable Customer Success playbook and framework, drive long-term adoption of ElevenLabs’ products, and identify areas for revenue expansion.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Success team to develop a scalable Customer Success playbook and framework for the APAC region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and enterprise clients in the APAC region.
• Drive long-term adoption of ElevenLabs’ products and identify areas for revenue expansion.
• Monitor customer usage and adoption of ElevenLabs’ products to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion.
• Own expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business.
• Measure and improve customer satisfaction and experience.
• Own customer success KPIs (NRR/GRR) and track against company goals
