Role of the Job

As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as an advocate for the brand, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. You will provide a seamless experience for customers, regardless of the channel of their enquiry. Your role will involve adopting a solution-focused approach to deliver frictionless customer experiences within existing processes and system capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide personalized sales assistance and drive sales
  • Use CRM tools like Zendesk and omni-channel solutions
  • Adhere to consumer laws and regulations
  • Follow all business procedures and regulations regarding the protection of customer information

Qualifications Needed

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk and omni-channel solutions
  • Solid understanding of the products and services being supported
  • Ideally some sort of insurance/claims background
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
  • Soft skills, including empathy, proactiveness, customer intimacy, conflict resolution, effective communication, customer focus, and decision-making and problem-solving skills
