Main Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic support to customers via email, telephone, and chat
• Accompany customers through the coaching program, especially during challenging phases
• Resolve organizational and technical issues to ensure smooth use of the programs
• Contribute to the development of the knowledge base (FAQs, help articles) to improve self-help options for customers
• Support live events and training formats to ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere on site
