Role of the Job
The Remote Travel Advisor – Data Entry will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to clients, while also accurately inputting client information, processing payments, and issuing invoices or receipts as needed.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Manage reservations, bookings, and confirmations with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Communication & Support: Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, itinerary updates, and travel adjustments.
- Data Entry & Transaction Management: Accurately input client information, process payments, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
- Travel Research & Coordination: Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and industry policies to provide expert recommendations.
