Role of the Job

As a Community Data Analyst, you will pioneer the role of community data and analytics at Levellr. You will leverage advanced analytics to extract insights from large, dynamic datasets and deliver actionable recommendations to clients. Your goal will be to help clients drive engagement, demonstrate the value of Levellr’s tools, and ultimately achieve their community growth goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and own the community data and analytics function, establishing best practices for leveraging Discord data
• Build and manage SQL queries, work with complex database structures, and extract insights from large, dynamic datasets
• Analyze community data to uncover actionable insights that help clients and internal community managers thrive
• Deliver personalized insights that drive engagement and demonstrate the value of Levellr’s tools
• Present findings to clients, telling compelling stories through data and offering clear recommendations for improvement
• Research clients and their industries to tailor insights that align with their specific goals and challenges
• Collaborate with customer success, product, business development, and marketing teams to ensure insights translate into tangible results
• Feed insights into the product roadmap to inform scalable product features
• Champion community success by helping clients structure and optimize their Discord servers- Stay up-to-date with Discord and community data trends to ensure recommendations remain cutting-edge

Qualifications Needed

• Expertise in data analytics, with strong analytical skills and advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience working with complex database structures and extracting insights from large datasets
• Community data experience, ideally with Discord data or similar community management platforms
