Role of the Job
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers across the UK. You will identify new opportunities, generate leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of Bionic’s clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify new opportunities and generate leads
- Provide tailored solutions across multiple products, including energy, telecoms, and insurance
- Become the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Bionic’s products and services
Qualification Needed
- Clean Driver’s License and Valid Car Insurance
- 18 months+ lead generation & sales experience required (B2B sales, field sales and lead generation environment)
- Prior experience in a territory-based sales role, including generating leads independently, building a strong sales pipeline, and achieving targets, is highly desirable
- Resilience, outstanding communication skills, and self-management/accountability are essential
