Role of the Job
The Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of up to 60 customers, ensuring fast time to value, onboarding them quickly, and removing any roadblocks along the way. This role requires strong technical skills, including a basic understanding of Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
Main Responsibilities
Training provided
- Own customer onboarding and ensure fast time to value
- Train customers and help them implement new use cases
- Hold customers and Chili Piper teams accountable to meeting defined success criteria
- Engage across customer organizations and work cross-functionally within Chili Piper to identify opportunities and risks
- Proactively solve and act as a point of escalation for technical issues
- Ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates and status reports
- Produce internal best practices and customer user stories
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support customer success
- Build customer advocates and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualification Needed
- Technical experience, e.g., implementing Salesforce or Marketing Automation systems
- Basic understanding of Javascript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong proficiency and experience using Salesforce (1-2+ years minimum)
- SFDC certifications are a strong plus
- Experience working with cross-functional teams within a customer organization
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via oral and written formats
- Passion for customer success and excellence
