Role of the Job

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing purchase orders, maintaining and updating internal systems and records, and providing general administrative support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and process up to 60 purchase orders per day
  • Maintain and update internal systems and records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Communicate with customers to provide pricing updates and resolve basic queries
  • Answer incoming calls, including handling calls via the main reception line
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure data integrity and smooth order processing
  • Provide general administrative support as required
