Role of the Job

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for coordinating sales activities in their specific area to convert prospects into successful customers. This will involve building relationships with key personnel, residents, and businesses, and gathering quality prospect data to support the sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in door-to-door sales and be able to work independently to meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key personnel, residents, and businesses within the community
  • Support the sales funnel by gathering quality prospect data to convert to customers
  • Cultivate new leads within your territory- Support the marketing team by obtaining information regarding local and county activities
  • Monitor competitor activity and report back to the marketing team
  • Deliver excellent customer service and sell products to bring new customers to Voneus
  • Meet with prospective customers at their door to sell the product range
  • Be able to speak with customers and quickly assimilate their requirements, needs, budget, and decision-making capability
  • Monitor sales targets and work to meet them individually and as a team
  • Be self-motivated to hit agreed sales targets
  • Understand the sales cycle and the pros and cons of different sales techniques
  • Research and evaluate customer needs and desires
  • Liaise with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, People Team, and Finance, to deliver the best deals and service to customers
