  • Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate in the HR system, and fix any mistakes quickly.

  • Answer team members’ payroll questions and provide helpful support.
  • Help new team members get started and departing team members leave smoothly.
  • Help create and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee benefits and make sure the company follows international labor laws.
