Role of the Job
The People Analyst plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and payroll processes, supporting the People Operations team, and contributing to the growth and development of OpenZeppelin’s global workforce.
Main Responsibilities

- Help prepare and process payroll for team members in different countries, making sure it’s accurate and follows local rules.
- Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate in the HR system, and fix any mistakes quickly.
- Work with outside partners to manage different employment arrangements.
- Answer team members’ payroll questions and provide helpful support.
- Help new team members get started and departing team members leave smoothly.
- Help create and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee benefits and make sure the company follows international labor laws.
