Main Responsibilities

  • Log in to systems and prepare for the day
  • Provide support and guidance to customers on visa and immigration processes
  • Refer customers to online information and resources
  • Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and strive to deliver excellent customer service
  • Take ownership of different situations and deliver positive outcomes

Qualification Needed

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
