Role of the Job

The Project Assistant / Data Entry will play a vital role in supporting the company’s commercial and marketing teams. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with facilities issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to see projects through from start to finish
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to collate data for various commercial projects
  • Offer general administrative support to the wider team
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Microsoft Project
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
