Role of the Job

The Customer Support Administrator will provide information and support to customers through administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales enquiries and customer support requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support customers with competence and online-related issues
  • Set up new accounts and enroll personnel on courses
  • Prepare quotations and pro-forma invoices
  • Check payment status and process purchase orders
  • Release certificates and update spreadsheets and logs related to customer support activities
