Role of the Job
The Customer Sales Advisor role is a key position in Domestic & General’s Inbound team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll build rapport, understand their needs, and use sales and communication skills to upsell products. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and meet sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers and understand their individual needs
- Use sales and communication skills to upsell products and meet sales targets
- Resolve customer issues, such as billing queries, quotes, or account changes
- Provide excellent customer service and put customers’ interests first
- Work in a fast-paced call-center environment, handling a high volume of customer calls

1 year of continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years, with strong customer service and sales skills.

Comprehensive training, including 4 weeks and 2 days of training, with 8am starts throughout training.
