Role of the Job
The Customer Service Representative 1 is responsible for providing top-notch service to BBG’s clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. This role collaborates with all agency employees to facilitate a smooth renewal process and maintains effective communication with carrier representatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Manage client inquiries, updating the client management portal, and providing support to other divisions as needed
- Research and address client issues, ensuring clients feel supported and satisfied with BBG’s services
- Collaborate with other divisions to ensure the renewal process runs smoothly
- Communicate effectively with carriers and clients to address client concerns and ensure a seamless client experience
