The Scheduler & Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the intake process with clarity and compassion. Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly, professional first point of contact for inquiries
• Guide families through the intake process with clarity and compassion
• Collect and verify client insurance, documentation, and onboarding materials
• Coordinate and manage complex scheduling for multiple therapists and locations
• Monitor cancellations, waitlists, and rescheduling needs with efficiency and foresight
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to support client care continuity
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR system
