Role of the Job

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between ElevenLabs’ customers and the team. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering a sense of connection with the company. You’ll work closely with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing straightforward solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Qualification Needed
