Role of the Job

As a Complaints Advisor, you’ll be responsible for resolving customer complaints at the first point of contact. You’ll investigate the root cause of complaints, gather information from relevant teams or stakeholders, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively manage customer complaints and resolve them systematically and fairly
  • Improve the overall customer relationship by making customers aware of the organisation’s complaints procedures
  • Investigate the root cause of complaints and gather information from relevant teams or stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organisational policies, and professional codes
  • Respond to Client Escalation and High Priority Complaints in a sensitive and timely manner
  • Review and assess complaints referred from Financial Ombudsman Service or any other Alternative Dispute Resolution
