Role of the Job

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. You will use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service and ensure that customers feel heard and valued.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
  • Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
  • Use problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary

Qualification Needed

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least six months of experience in customer service
  • High-speed internet access with specific requirements (download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms)
  • Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
  • Secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
