The company is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join its team as a US Remote Data Analyst. This role will be part of the Special Projects Group (SPG) and will support the execution of key initiatives across Kaseya.

Role of the Job

The Data Analyst will support the planning and execution of transformational initiatives through data analysis, research, and project plan development. The role will require strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Main Responsibilities

• Help make important decisions by solving complex problems and analyzing data
• Look at numbers and trends to understand what’s happening (quantitative analysis) and gather insights from feedback, surveys, or customer comments (qualitative analysis)
• Use tools like Excel to organize and analyze data- Summarize complex information into simple, actionable insights
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly
• Plan and execute projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and meet their goals
• Develop and implement plans to put solutions into action, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and creating communication plans
• Help design and build solutions that can grow with the organization
• Ensure progress is made by setting clear tasks, timelines, and responsibilities, and addressing any issues that arise

Qualification Needed

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related areas of study, including Business, Economics, Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Liberal Arts- 1+ years of professional experience
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking (or comparable) strongly preferred
• Strong problem solver able to effectively operate in high-pressure and dynamic situations
• Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and use analytical tools, including Excel
• Ability to use PowerBI (or similar tools like Tableau) a plus
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong customer/client focus and results orientation
• Self-starter with good time management to meet deadlines
