Role of the Job

As a Customer Support Hero, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients who need help with the engagement platform. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that clients get the most out of the platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical questions via chat, email, and phone, with a focus on US clients
  • Keep support resources up to date and implement changes based on product updates
  • Bridge communication between support, product, and development teams to ensure quick issue resolution
  • Stay informed on new releases and update relevant support materials

Qualification Needed

  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new ones
  • Excited about inclusive democracy and citizen participation
  • Analytical and enjoy learning from data
  • Based in the US, ideally in a time zone that covers Eastern US hours plus Australian/New Zealand mornings
