Role of the Job

As an Inbound/Outbound Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for families, staff, and internal departments. Your role will involve providing clear guidance on policies, procedures, and documentation requirements, as well as assisting families with their enrollment needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide customer-focused communication and support to families and staff
  • Assist families with interpreting account details and offer updates
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including empathy and relationship-building
  • Deliver comprehensive support for K12 learning systems and business applications
  • Clearly explain product features, costs, and terms
  • Coordinate secure sales/enrollment agreements and transactions
  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Promptly resolve common issues to ensure family satisfaction and a positive enrollment experience
  • Accurately record call-related data in the Salesforce CRM tool
  • Build strong relationships with adult students, parents, or legal guardians
  • Ensure the timely collection of all required compliance documentation.
