Role of the Job
The Data Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients. This includes product manufacturers, physicians, patients, and internal customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective systems, logging information into databases, and triaging program-specific mail.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information
- Log information into appropriate databases
- Triage program-specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist, and/or management team
- Conduct payer research and territory assignment management
- Assist with inbound call volume as received
- Distribute reports daily to appropriate distribution vendors, reimbursement case advocates, reimbursement specialists, and/or management team
- Maintain and promote a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management
