Role of the Job
The Customer Support Agent Poker Expert will be responsible for addressing poker-related queries from users, providing timely and accurate responses, and delivering best-in-class customer experience. This role requires broad poker expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Main Responsibilities
- Address poker-related queries from users via dedicated Discord channels
- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful responses to enhance users’ understanding of poker and the GTO Wizard platform
- Collaborate with senior technical experts to deliver comprehensive solutions to complex GTO Wizard app inquiries
- Ensure every user interaction is swift, relevant, and contributes to a positive experience
- Identify, document, and escalate user-reported issues (bugs, technical glitches) to relevant internal teams
- Proactively inform users about the status of their reported issues and implemented fixes
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of support processes, internal knowledge base, and user-facing documentation
