Role of the Job
The Email Deliverability Specialist will be responsible for ensuring email deliverability across domains, IPs, and senders. This role requires a technical-minded individual who can monitor and maintain email deliverability, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with marketers, developers, and support teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability across domains, IPs, and senders
- Analyze inbox placement, sender reputation, bounce rates, and engagement data
- Troubleshoot issues like blacklisting, spam traps, and bounce anomalies
- Oversee ESP configurations, IP warm-up plans, and domain authentications (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Work closely with marketers, developers, and support teams to ensure email reliability at scale.
Qualification Needed
- Understanding of anti-spam technologies and industry best practices
- Comfortable reviewing email performance metrics and acting on insights
- Fluent in English (B2/C1 level or higher)
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup
