Role of the Job
The Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls and perform triage of inquiries. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, collecting relevant data, and providing resolution to customer issues.
Main Responsibilities
Respond to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers- Collect relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking, and reporting activities- Track inquiries, questions, and answers and provide resolution- Perform clerical or administrative duties- Perform other duties as assigned
