Role of the Job

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for supporting customers, driving growth, and building relationships. This role is a blend of customer advocacy, consultative sales, and hands-on training. You’ll own a sales quota, spot opportunities to expand impact, and help campuses get more value from Kinetic’s solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Training

  • Support project teams
  • Deliver remote training sessions

Relationship Management

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts

Customer Advocacy

Cross-Functional Facilitation
