The Data Entry Specialist will play an essential role in the legal support process by accurately inputting client order data, generating and maintaining legal documents, and ensuring proper delivery of notices. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong commitment to data accuracy and efficiency, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately input client order data received via fax, email, or phone into the system
  • Generate and maintain legal documents (can be done remotely with digital tools)
  • Use Crystal Reports to create and manage custom client questions
  • Complete tasks within the research queue (assuming research can be done remotely)
  • Support expeditors, billing team, and managers with data integrity and workflow updates (can be done remotely via digital communication)
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality protocols related to medical and legal records
  • Perform data entry tasks and other duties as needed to support departmental and client needs.
