Role of the Job
As a Labor Coordinator, your main goal is to ensure seamless coordination of events and labor resources. You’ll work closely with clients, crew members, and other stakeholders to ensure that events are well-planned, executed, and meet the client’s expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage client requests and crew scheduling
- Review and update event timecards
- Handle on-call support for clients and technicians
- Arrange travel plans for crew members
- Provide general support to the team and clients
