Role of the Job
As a Customer Service Representative, your main goal is to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships with them. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and candidates, and you’ll play a crucial role in promoting a positive image of the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally
- Address client concerns, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues
- Manage client relationships and develop a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives
- Provide ongoing client service at the highest level, using a friendly and professional tone
- Assist clients in managing their accounts, including updating information, processing transactions, and addressing any billing or service-related concerns
- Identify and resolve client issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in Salesforce
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience
