Role of the Job

As a Virtual Assistant, your main goal will be to provide administrative support to clients, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for responding to client emails and inquiries, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and performing general admin tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to client emails and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings or showings
  • Input and update data in CRMs, property listings, and management systems
  • Draft and send documents such as lease agreements, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Coordinate maintenance or vendor communication (for property-related tasks)
  • Track project progress and communicate task updates
  • Perform general admin tasks (file management, data entry, email cleanup)
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both the client and NuCall team
