Role of the Job
As an Online Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless online shopping experience. Your main focus will be on ensuring online customers receive high-quality products and exceptional service. This will involve managing online orders, resolving customer issues, and providing product information to enhance their shopping experience. You’ll work independently to meet customer needs, using your initiative to solve problems and take ownership of tasks.
