Customer Service Advisor job opening! Role of the Job
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll provide specialist advice and support to schools on the Standards & Testing Agency’s Reception Baseline Assessment and Multiplication Tables Checking. You’ll work on a national helpline, responding to phone calls and emails from schools. Your goal will be to ensure that all service users receive excellent provision and support
Main Responsibilities
- Handle calls and research information
- Record caller info accurately
- Stay updated on relevant issues
- Deliver specialist info
- Assess caller needs and refer if needed
- Admin tasks as required

What kind of experience do I need?
Experience of providing technical support and guidance is preferred. Understanding of confidentiality in relation to safeguarding situations and Data Protection Act is also important.

The salary is £23,810 pro rata
