Role of the Job
The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for external and internal customer service queries. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers view Thermo Fisher Scientific as their preferred company to partner with.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer needs, orders, and general enquiries through various channels
- Efficient and accurate entry of orders
- Act as a customer advocate
- Handle customer concerns and resolve challenging enquiries
- Take ownership of customer follow-up and communication
- Collaborate with other teams across the organization
- Strive to exceed set targets and continuously improve processes
- Participate in departmental training plans and focus on continuous personal improvement
