The office is at Court 16A Museum Street, Ipswich, United Kingdom. But you can work from home, so you don’t need to go to the office.

Job details

This is a part-time job. You’ll work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and possibly weekends. The shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:30 PM.

Role of the Job

Your main job is to provide excellent customer service. You’ll talk to customers on the phone and help them with their insurance claims. You’ll need to be good at listening, problem-solving, and communicating clearly.

• Answer phone calls and deal with customer claims
• Listen to customers and get all the information you need
• Decide what to do next and make sure the customer knows what’s happening
• Be kind and understanding, but also efficient
• Keep all the paperwork up to date and organized
• Follow the company’s rules and procedures
