Role of the Job

The Data Analyst Assistant will play a key role in helping Midland Mencap make data-driven decisions that benefit people with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for using data to drive positive change and will be able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collecting and managing data to ensure accurate, up-to-date records across services
  • Analyzing and reporting findings to guide decisions
  • Supporting funding bids and impact reports by providing clear data summaries for stakeholders
  • Ensuring data quality and compliance with GDPR and governance standards
  • Helping staff use data tools by offering training and troubleshooting support
  • Collaborating across teams to tailor reports and insights to different service needs.
